HIPOPRESIVOS

The practice of Hypopressives are rhythmic, repetitive and sequential postural exercises belonging to a type of low-impact training that focuses on the central area of ​​the body. Hypopressives help you have a flat and well-defined abdomen. They also prevent urinary incontinence, improve leg circulation, and increase respiratory capacity.

Fire and Flow is a yoga class that combines the power of strength exercises with the fluidity of Vinyasa, designed to challenge you and transform your practice.
