Ingredients
❏ 2 cups packed fresh basil (large stems removed)
❏ 3 tbsp pine nuts
❏ 1 medium clove garlic
❏ 2 tbsp lemon juice
❏ 1/4 tsp salt
❏ 2 tbsp avocado oil
❏ 3 tbsp water
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend on high for 20 seconds or until you've created a creamy sauce.
2. Use as a sauce for pastas, as a dip, or as a spread for sandwiches. Enjoy!
